Psychology of Happiness

Ever wondered what makes you happy? What puts a smile on your face? Psychologists are now becoming clearer on what makes people happy. Research suggests that most people are not good at identifying what makes them happy. Using a mixture of theory and experiential learning this course will explore the psychological studies on happiness and help you identify strategies that will contribute to your happiness. Whether you are searching for a pleasant life, a good life, or a meaningful life this course will inform you about the ideas, the attitudes and the behaviours that underlie and create happiness in your everyday life.
