Mediation Skills : Module 2

Introduction to Mediation

Mediation is increasingly being used to resolve disputes in the workplace, commercial life and for marital separation/divorce. Aspects of the Mediation Act 2017 will be introduced together with the five phases of the mediation process. Crucial to the resolution of interpersonal disputes is the storytelling approach which works with emotional and relational issues. Please note it will not be possible online to learn mediation skills through role-playing but video extracts will be used to teach skills.
