| This workshop aims to assist staff in understanding the differences between consultancy and research, it will highlight key skills that a consultant uses to deliver on client expectations and will give guidance on preparing a schedule of work. Consultancy enhances society by applying UCD’s expertise and knowledge to specific challenges in industry and business and creates opportunity, employment and wealth. Consultancy can be the first engagement between the University and an external organisation and often leads to bigger opportunities and long term relationships. | |
