Long Description:	These awards were established as a result of a grant in 1993 from the Wilson Foundation. The W.H. Wilson Company publishes a range of library resources, including reference works, collection development tools, abstracts and indexes in print and electronic formats. 1. Wilson medals may be awarded annually to the students who obtain first place in the following courses, subject to the discretion of the Head of the School of Library and Information Studies: (i) The Graduate Diploma in Information and Library Studies; (ii) The Master of Information and Library Studies - in order to be eligible for consideration Capstone Projects must be submitted to the Examinations Office by the required date in November.
