- Critically assess the concept of leadership, the broader context within which specific conceptions of leadership have developed, and the truth effects of popular leadership discourses.
- Draw on phenomenological ideas around education, skill, disclosedness, affect, and dialogic forms of engagement to articulate an alternative conception of leadership practice.
- Demonstrate an ability to use these phenomenological traditions of thought to critically reflect upon one’s own leadership practices and those of others.
