BMGT44250 Managing Leading & Coach. Chng

Academic Year 2017/2018

The module aims to provide you with an opportunity to recognise and develop your own management, leadership and coaching style through experiential learning and reflective practice. It aims to complement and build on theoretical and practical knowledge about these skills and their application in contemporary work environments. The learning will emerge not through traditional ‘tell and sell’ but through experiential work, and most particularly through your own engagement with the experiences the module offers.
