1. Sale and purchase of aircraft and associated transaction documents;
2. Operating leasing market and the lease agreement, loan documentation, export credit supported financing, capital markets products, and taking security in aircraft financing transactions;
3. Cape Town Convention and Aircraft Protocol - scope, applicability and remedies;
4. Insolvency and restructuring law in the context of aircraft financing; and
5. Aviation insurances and aviation regulation.
