On completing the SMA Internship module, participants will be expected to be able to:
1) Integrate their business and managerial accounting knowledge and skills into a work-based setting;
2) Develop and display core professional and personal skills needed to operate effectively in a work-based setting;
3) Work collaboratively with colleagues, formally or informally, across business units within an organisation;
4) Demonstrate the ability to apply theory to business problems in relation to a case, project or situation on hand;
5) Evaluate the internship as a learning experience, focusing on their own performance and identifying areas for improvement designed to complement their learning in the preceding core modules.
