On successful completion of this module, participants will be able to: a) Identify viable and sustainable digital business opportunities b) Identify and assess e-commerce opportunities and initiative(s) which will be most beneficial for a new business venture c) Evaluate critical success factors for maximizing e-commerce initiatives relating to a new business venture d) Design an e-commerce business plan (incorporating traditional, mobile and social aspects).
Indicative Module Content:Topics covered include digital business models, digital disruption, strategies and opportunities in cloud computing, big data, web analytics, social media, and online payment options.
