On completion of this module, students should be able to:
(i) Demonstrate a sound understanding of the major topics surrounding Digital Business and Social Media.
(ii) Understand how organisations utilise both digital business and social media initiatives to gain and sustain competitive advantage.
(iii) Identify digital business and social media initiatives that enable new forms of communication, collaboration, and partnering, including providing stronger relationships with the organisation’s customers and suppliers.
(iv) Draft a digital business and social media strategy for an organization.
