You will be required to undertake a workplace practice project involving research and analysis in one of the following areas: (1) Human Resource Management or (2) Managing Change. - Produce a comprehensive research proposal
- Write a literature review on a selected management practice, outlining best practice in the field
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of your chosen area of management practice and to be able to identify the implications of your chosen topic for the practicing manager
