On completion of this module you should be able to:Demonstrate an ability to critically discuss contents of the module and demonstrate how the course content is applicable in a selected workplace.Understand the need for change within modern organisations and will be expected to relate the antecedents of change to your own organisational context, as well as scenarios of change in the business world. Diagnose the need for change within a selected organisation and be able to apply appropriate diagnostic techniques.Participants will gain an evaluative frame of reference for differentiating between approaches to change and will learn how to formulate a cogent response in relation to change issues. Appreciate the role of culture, power politics and conflict within change interventions and be able to identify appropriate frameworks for overcoming resistance to change.
