BMGT3010H Organisational Knowledge, Creativity and Innovation

This module provides an introduction to the area of organisational knowledge, creativity and innovation in the context of the Knowledge Economy. The module commences by introducing the entrepreneurial process from identification of the innovative idea through to its launch. This module identifies the key factors influencing success along the way and the considerations which might limits its success. The module will outline how an enterprise might manage knowledge strategically in the organisation and how creativity can be harnessed to ensure business success. The emphasis of the module will be to create an awareness of how innovative ideas and creativity can lead to commercial opportunities.
