On completion of this module, the student will be able to:
-classify the tissue types and epithelium types found in the body
-identify tissue types and epithelium types by examining microscope images
-define anatomical locations using correct anatomical terminology
-describe the basic anatomy and physiology of the body systems taught
-explain the physiological processes of the body systems taught
-identify anatomical structures taught and determine their location in an anatomical specimen
-explore, find and appraise suitable literature to support the facts in their presentation by applying skills learned in this module
-write and reference a short essay on their group presentation topic
-evaluate and critically appraise fellow students on their group presentations by providing anonymous feedback

Feedback will be provided as follows: 1. For continuous assessment answers will be provided to all students who submitted the coursework. 2. For the group presentation, the group will be provided with feedback from graders and feedback from peer evaluation. 3. For the individual write up assignment, students will be provided with individual feedback. This will be given through BrightSpace. 4. Where requested, additional feedback will be provided by the module co-ordinator.
