This module will focus on consolidating the learning of the whole programme. Emphasis will be put on feedback as an input to their leadership journey with participants giving and receiving feedback from peer participants. They will reflect on their experiences overall and what has been important for them. They will process that learning and finalise their Personal Leadership Learning Statement (PLLS) which will then be shared with peers and faculty.

Learning Outcomes:

On completion of this module, participants should be able to;

1. An understanding of the importance of feedback and how to give and receive it.
2. An understanding of how they are perceived by their colleagues on the programme and how that might inform their PLLS
3. A reminder of all the different Programme parts and an understanding of how they all lead to the PLLS
4. Development and finalisation of their PLLS
5. What is required for Programme completion

Approaches to Teaching and Learning:
The module has a detailed study guide. Students are required to complete the module pre-reading or pre-work prior to attending the seminar sessions. The sessions themselves will be a combination of lectures, group discussion, in-class presentations, case study discussions and classroom exercises. A heavy emphasis in the seminars is on teasing out the implications of theory for practical application in a workplace context
