On completion of this module, participants should be able to;
1. Understand the impact of stress in organisations
2. Understand some dimensions of derailment
3. Understand the importance of developing coping mechanisms to deal with organisational stressors
4. Understand and draw from the different dimensions of wellness
5. Have a better understanding of how they as individuals generate/deplete personal energy
They will learn about leader de-railment and how this might impact them. They will also explore what the most appropriate coping techniques are for them, in addition to gaining an understanding of the importance of cultivating these techniques as part of their ongoing leadership practice.
