PSY30110 Laboratory Practicals in Psychology II

Academic Year 2020/2021

This module builds on the knowledge and skills acquired in the previous module (PSY20050). In particular, it teaches students how to think critically about previous research and to explore a range of different methodologies in investigating specified research questions. In addition, students will participate in field experiments and will be encouraged to test ideas for their final year research projects under the supervision of a Postgraduate Demonstrator. Finally, they will learn how to develop a research proposal and how to use selected psychological research equipment.
