Learning Outcomes:

Upon completion of this module students should be able to demonstrate:

i. In-depth understanding of an advanced research topic
ii. Ability to critically evaluate literature relating to their research project
iii. Ability to undertake an academic study in a self-directed and professional manner.
iv. Understanding of the ethical considerations relating to their research project and the ethical approval process for research.
v. Understanding of the current state-of-the-art relating to their research project theme.
