The topics covered in this module will be:, Negligence;The Duty of Care; The standard of care; Policy considerations in negligence; Negligent Misstatement; Nervous Shock; Economic Loss; Omissions; Liability of public authorities; Professional negligence; Causation and remoteness of damage. The module is taught on a comparative basis with other common law jurisdictions.
