On completion of this module, the learner will be able to:
1 Demonstrate a critical awareness and understanding of the most important concepts involved in the formulation and implementation of effective administration.
2 Understand how such concepts integrate a range of disciplines, skills and functions to enable a whole-of-organisation perspective to be arrived at.
3 Have knowledge and insight into principal theories of organisational structure, development, and management, and critically evaluate their application to key administrative functions
4 Apply appropriate administrative and organisational skills in a variety of settings, including working remotely and online.
5 Demonstrate high-level group interaction, technological and problem-solving skills to develop appropriate administrative strategies to meet stakeholder interest in a changing context.
