Academic Year 2021/2022

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS MODULE IS FOR STUDENTS THAT ARE REGISTERED TO THE PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN TRANSVERSAL SKILLS ONLY. THIS MODULE IS NOT OPEN TO OTHER UCD STUDENTS.

This module offers students the opportunity to explore team dynamics in a new and creative way. The module explores theories around team creation, roles, performance, and management. Both theory and technique is tested through the use of co-operative gaming, to allow students to explore both through unique challenges set by the games. These exercises allow student to reflect on both practise and theory and become reflective and constructive members of teams in both their workplace and the wider world.
