This module will cover lipid metabolism, vitamin metabolism and integration of macronutrient metabolism.
All subjects will be covered in detail with specific emphasis on current literature and in the context of diet-related diseases/conditions such as Metabolic Syndrome, obesity and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
