Each student will also be required to complete 2 assignments.

On satisfactory completion of the module, students should be able to: (1) appreciate the recent developments in Plant Cell Biology, Plant Molecular Genetics, Plant Pathology, and Plant Biotechnology, (2) demonstrate the importance of recent research developments in in Plant Cell Biology, Plant Molecular Genetics, Plant Pathology, and Plant Biotechnology, (3) through case studies, appreciate recent advances in Plant Cell Biology, Plant Molecular Genetics, Plant Pathology, and Plant Biotechnology, (4) critically analyse scientific papers.
