On completion of this module students should be able; 1. Demonstrate a clear knowledge and understanding of human behaviour in organisations and of the complexity of organisations themselves. 2. Challenge, question, debate and seek multi-causality and to critically evaluate both theory and practice from a variety of perspectives thereby developing critical thinking capability. 3. Critique theory and be able to interpret its practical application value to contemporary organisations. 4. . To improve the behavioural side of your management abilities, in particular your analytical and diagnostic skills of behavioural issues 5. To provide you with an opportunity to confront unacknowledged assumptions and to reflect on your own work expectations, stimulating thoughts as to how you will contribute and be influenced by work organisations.
