Learning Outcomes:

On completion students will understand: The strategic thinking for successful management of global logistics. How effective global logistics can create a sustainable competitive advantage for organizations. The key technological and management issues related to the successful management and coordination of global logistics. The linkage between the coordination of the global logistics and other functional areas of the firm.
