On completion of this module, students will be able to:1. Understand the concepts of global business at an introductory level;2. Discuss how changes in regulations governming global business, plus changes in political systems and technology, have vastlt altered the global business landscape;3. Logically debate the pros and cons of conducting business in the global environment;4. Understand the prevalence and economic implications of outsourcing of business activities to low-cost economies;5. Explain the competitive behaviour of global companies.
