This module offers the opportunity for the student to visit and study exemplary sustainable architecture, to increase understanding of the importance of social, cultural and climatic context, and to reflect on it through critical analysis.

- understand the use of survey and investigation as a means to inform design and research
- demonstrate ability to explore and record environmental attributes
